Limited 5 Year Warranty

Wonder Woods of Colorado warrants to the original purchaser that the wood blinds purchased from us are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and as long as the blind remains in the original window. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

This warranty shall not apply to any parts that fail due to accident, negligence, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper handling, installation or maintenance. Loss of color intensity in wood due to exposure to sun, salt air or other than normal wear and tear is not covered in this warranty. Repairs made by anyone other than a Wonder Woods employee or an agent approved by Wonder Woods of Colorado will void the warranty.

Cord replacement will be considered only if wear exceeds limits under normal use.

All shipment damage claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Purchaser may be liable for any repairs if damage claims are delayed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Wonder Woods of Colorados' obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any parts or components on our standard blinds that may prove defective in normal use within 5 years from original purchase. Wonder Woods of Colorado reserves the right to inspect any product or component prior to repair or replacement. Wonder Woods of Colorado will not be liable for cost of removal or re-installation of the blinds.

Motors are warranted through their respective manufacturer. We will be happy to forward information as needed.

Note: Wonder Woods of Colorado wood blinds are true wood products and there will be variations in color, grain and texture. Variations will be especially visible in stained wood blinds. Warping is characteristic of all wood. These features are normal and considered acceptable quality.

No agent, representative or unauthorized employee of Wonder Woods of Colorado has the right to increase or alter this warranty. This warranty does not apply to commercial orders.
