As a final flourish, a grand entrance will welcome your visitors to the offices.

Designed for comfort.

Say goodbye to stifling summers and freezing winters. The temperature in the offices will be automatically regulated – with users encouraged to minimise their environmental impact via information updates on energy-efficient displays. Smart design features include:

• Demand-driven installations (ventilation, heating, cooling, lighting)
• Efficient transportation of warm and cold air between the various functions in the buildings
• Seasonal thermal energy storage

BREEAM Excellent certificate.

Wonderwoods has achieved a BREEAM Excellent certificate for its offices. As a founding member of the Blue Building Institute, G&S Vastgoed is closely involved in the development of the WELL building standard. It’s of prior importance to them that as many sustainable features as possible are incorporated in the (use of the) building, where health is more important than certification.

Making the most of nature.

Shade

The leafy layers of provides natural shade.

Daylight

Employees will enjoy plenty of daylight thanks to the smart use of glass surfaces in the design of the complex.

Sound

The mass of vegetation will act as a natural sound barrier.

Wind

The smart design of the towers, in combination with the vegetation on the buildings and in the gardens, is expected to reduce the wind at street level.
